Our Policy



SAVERS BLINDS reserves the right to change or update prices and specifications at any time without prior notice. We suggest to check individual prices before placing an order. 




Savers Blinds manufactures blinds according to the measurements and specifications you supplied to us.  We are not responsible for any incorrect details made by you when the order is placed.  Make sure you have read or viewed our detailed Measuring Guide for the product you are interested in before completing your order.   However, if we make a mistake when manufacturing your blinds, we will repair them or replace them at no cost to you.  If you have doubts regarding measurements please bring it to our attention and our staff will be happy to assist you. 




Computer monitors have different settings and calibrations that display colours differently and not 100% accurate.  Although we do our best to portray the colour as close as possible, we strongly suggest to order free colour samples before placing your order.  Savers Blinds offers a maximum of 10 free colour samples.  Also, even the actual sample can have slight colour variations compared to finished blinds.  This is because they did not come from the same batch.  This is the reason why you need to fill in the room or location where your blinds will be fitted so as to ensure that all blinds in the same room came from the same batch.
Timber or wooden venetian colours have natural variances in wood’s colour and grain.  This obviously causes slight variation in colours from stained timber or wood blinds.  Again, it is best to order these blinds all at the same time. One of the characteristics of Western Red Cedar is its tone variation that gives a genuine timber effect, which means that some part of the blind will be lighter or darker.




Savers Blinds reserves the right to colour coordinate blind components.  We choose and match the colour of components that best coordinates with the fabric or timber/PVC slat colours.  An exact match of component colours is not always possible.  Some components of the blinds, for example, ladder tapes, lift cords or vertical tracks do not come available in many colours to match the fabric or slats.




Savers Blinds offers 24 months warranty in all of our products.  This covers defects in material and workmanship.  The warranty applies to the original residential purchaser and must have the proof of purchase.


The following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Damages due to faulty installations
  • Normal wear and tear, natural fade or oxidation
  • Removed and re-installed to another window
  • Alteration
  • Damaged by animals
  • Lack of preventive maintenance
  • Misuse and abuse
  • Damaged by fire, storm, wind, explosive device, failure of structure or impact from mechanical source
  • Commercial use (unless installed by authorised Savers Blinds Installers)


Savers Blinds will repair any defective product during the warranty period.  Any freight cost shall be shouldered by the customer.




Cancellations and changes in orders can only be done within 24 hours after the order is placed.  Please phone our office to ensure that we have been advised within this period of time.  The production of your blinds will commence after 24 hours (next business day) upon receipt of your order.  Any changes or cancellation after this time frame is no longer possible. Savers Blinds will not refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase if the cancellation or changes occur at any time beyond 24 hour period.


Our products are all custom made to your specifications and therefore they are not suitable for resale.  We strongly observe a No Return and No Refund policy. Please review all details and check for any errors before placing your order.  We require all orders to be fully paid when the order is placed. Savers Blinds reserves the right to cancel or decline your orders for the following reasons:


  • Declined payment
  • Suspicious fraud credit card transaction
  • Incorrect pricing due to the website’s glitch or bug
  • Discontinued and back ordered items




All prices displayed on our website are GST included. The total amount of GST paid is also displayed in the Shopping Cart.




The normal production period for most of our products is approximately 3 weeks. This estimated manufacturing time excludes public holidays. This also depends on the availability of stock. Any delays caused by unavailability of stock is beyond our control. Savers Blinds will make every effort to notify you as soon as we receive notice of any backorders or discontinued colours from our suppliers.
