Choose a blockout fabric for Holland Blind.
Choose your front and back blind. Normally, the Holland Blind is the front blind and the Sunscreen Roller Blind is the back blind. This is because the sunscreen is down most of the time and when the Holland blinds are up, your window coverings are in layer look.
